REFUND POLICY

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please email us at customercare@desiroyale.com within 1 day of receiving your order if you have any concerns with the product. 

Returns are only allowed on regular priced items and orders.

All discounted, stitched outfits and sale items/orders are final sale. No return or refund allowed. No Exceptions.

Please note that return shipping fee and any additional courier charges including duty fees or customs fee is payable by the customer. Any additional costs incurred by Desi Royale will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

How to return or exchange

Notify us via e-mail within 2 days of receiving your order if the order was damaged during transit so we can review your application. If approved for a return by Desi Royale then please follow the instructions below:

• Please mark the items as defective returns.
• Kindly return your items utilizing only FedEx, UPS or DHL as advised in our return authorization e-mail and forward the details to us and maintain the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
• Please return with original packing & in original condition. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received and mention the order number clearly on the package, otherwise the returns package cannot be processed.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Please do not return the item until you have verified with us. If Desi Royale is not notified then no credit or replacement can be guaranteed on such items. Unidentified returns may even be returned to the sender.

Receiving a refund

If you are approved for a refund then it will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Desi Royale.com account. Customs duties, shipping fee of $50 and sales taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of items. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Desi Royale and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Colors and textures: 

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible that appear on Desi Royale. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, some colors have a tendency to differ slightly, please read here for further details on colors and textures variations.

• Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors
• Many a time’s green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with off white, white and cream colors.
• Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue or the other way around.
• Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
• Handcrafted, hand embroidered, products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine-finished products, as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. 
• Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns/ provide any replacements/ exchange/ store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case

ORDERS REJECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY:

In instance when the order is rejected/refused at the time of delivery by the customer and the order is returned back to Desi Royale, there will be a 85% restocking fee charge plus the cost of the shipping charges. The remaining order value will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon receiving the goods.
